History TransIT had its 1st general assembly on January 14, 2008 where board members and chief executive officer were appointed. However, due to procedural requirements financial authority to administer its capital was later granted in June 2008, a date which can be marked as its actual start of activities. The rest of year 2008 were consumed in buildup of company nucleus structure of offices, staffing and start tendering process.
